At the age of just five, Valentin Raban Rupprecht (who grew up in a small town near Wiesbaden, Germany) discovered his passion for music. The music on a CD his mother often played in the car, carrying memories of his late grandfather, stirred his first desire to create music himself. For the young, still introverted Raban, the piano soon became the voice he couldn’t find in words.
As soon as school was over, he would immediately sit down at the piano – often still in his jacket and backpack. Over the course of twelve years, he received extensive classical and modern training, constantly refining his musical skills. While developing as a pianist, he drew inspiration from Mozart and Chopin, and later from composers like Ludovico Einaudi and Hans Zimmer, who shaped his understanding of music’s emotional power.
At the same time, Raban pursued an ambitious career in tennis, where he looked up to Roger Federer as a role model for discipline and artistry. However, in the end, it was music that captured his heart and defined his future.
Today, his music is not only inspiring and touching the people around him but audiences all over the world.
